    Neils & Celeste responded to the original quote query promptly followed shortly after with a site visit by Neils where he provided some good advice on options for the scope. We did get other quotes to compare rates and whilst not the lowest cost they were not far off. We decided to go with FencrGatr based on the offered solution, great communication and commitment to customer satisfaction. Installation went as planned and Neils installed a great fence. One panel did have some shipping damage but that was replaced without question. Great service.

Exact in every way, whether appointed times ( unlike others who gave quotes!) or the actual product height etc. Thoughtful in how they erected the fence to suit our needs, turning their music down when we came home while they were working, cleaned up when job completed.     Having previously used fencrgatr for a new pool fence we have them back to replace an old wooden side gate and front wall panels with 'wood look aluminium'.
