1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging FencrGatr Pty Ltd for fencing services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before accepting a quote or commencing any work.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the site conditions observed at the time of assessment; unforeseen conditions may result in variations.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or through our Handypay finance option.
4. Warranty
FencrGatr provides a workmanship warranty on all installations. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers (e.g., BlueScope for Colorbond products). Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.
5. Site Access & Preparation
The client is responsible for ensuring clear access to the fence line and obtaining any necessary neighbour or council approvals prior to installation. Underground service locations (Dial Before You Dig) must be confirmed before work begins.
6. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations where materials have already been ordered or cut.
7. Limitation of Liability
FencrGatr’s liability is limited to the value of the contracted works. We are not liable for pre-existing site conditions, underground services not identified prior to work, or damage caused by third parties after installation.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
