Key Features of the project

This Bayswater project transformed a boundary that had fallen into disrepair, into a secure, modern feature for a new homeowner. The previous Hardie fence was severely deteriorated and surrounded by dense vegetation, creating an urban jungle. The client wanted a fresh start with maximum privacy while respecting the expansive natural rear bushland that was their backyard. FencrGatr® removed the old fencing and replaced it with a new Monument Colorbond boundary fence, supported by Allywall retaining panels. Challenges included restricted site access through established trees, uneven ground levels, and careful coordination to preserve garden features. The finished product is a crisp, contemporary Colorbond solution, beautifully measured for stepping to perfectly match the terrain and fall of the land, complementing the property’s natural setting.
